In this product group you will find everything regarding the fuel supply to the combustion engine. This could include atomizers and modern high-pressure fuel pumps for direct-injection petrol and diesel engines. As modern fuel systems operate at high injection pressures, the importance of a well-functioning fuel system is becoming increasingly important. For example, a fuel pump which is not functioning perfectly will often lead to immediate engine failure, resulting in emergency running mode. Because these modern fuel systems are becoming increasingly complex, it is also important that the correct diagnosis is made.
When replacing various components, think of new gaskets and/or mounting materials to ensure a liquid-proof seal and prevent leaks. If you have any questions or would like advice, please contact our product specialists. They will be happy to assist you.
This category includes all complete carburettors for various vehicles. Note that adjustment is always necessary when fitting a new carburettor. Other parts for mounting and (fine) adjustment can be found in the category Carburettor accessories. In this group you will often find no-load jets, calibration sets and flanges for mounting.
A fuel distributor ensures the proportional distribution of fuel to the relevant injectors/nebulisers.
All different types of fuel pressure regulators can be found here. The most commonly used are so-called 'in-line' fuel pressure regulators where the regulator is located between the fuel line from the tank to the engine block. Usually this is mounted on or near the fuel filter. Another variant is a fuel pressure regulator on the injection rail on the engine. A malfunctioning fuel pressure regulator (too low or too high pressure) can cause annoying problems where the engine no longer runs (properly). When replacing the fuel pressure regulator, it is advisable to also replace any gaskets or sealing washers present to prevent leakage.
The fuel pump is the heart of the vehicle’s fuel management system. Low pressure fuel pumps (LPFP) are used in somewhat older cars and as a feed pump in modern cars. As a feed pump, the fuel is pumped from the tank to the engine, where there is a high pressure fuel pump (HPFP) to pressurize the fuel rail for the injectors or injection nozzles. In this category you will find different fuel pumps, for both diesel and petrol vehicles.
Various fuel lines and fuel hoses can be found in this category. From hard, pre-formed pipes which are model-specific to universal fuel hoses which are required for a repair, for example.
Here you will find fuel supply valves and control valves for the supply of fuel, among other things. Both manual valves and electronically controlled valves can be found in this category.
Fuel level sensors can be found in this category. Individual sensors as well as complete fuel supply units for the fuel tank are available. Old sensors may be the cause of an aberrant or non-functioning fuel level gauge. The sensor may then be corroded, causing an incorrect value to be transmitted. If it concerns a float in the fuel tank, these can become stuck over time or go up and down with difficulty, resulting in the same complaint.
High pressure control valves for common-rail systems can be found in this category. A faulty valve can cause leaks or a deviating flow towards the engine and therefore also cause malfunctions.
The injection nozzles or injectors ensure that exactly the right amount of fuel, as requested by the engine management system, is injected. If these do not function properly, there can be immediate consequences. Common complaints of malfunctioning injectors/nozzles include starting problems, increased fuel consumption, a fluctuating engine speed, and deviating exhaust gas values upon measurement. Possible consequential damage can occur in the form of shortened engine block service life by, for example, 'cylinder washing' where the oil lubricating film is washed away from the cylinder wall when excess (in this case) petrol is injected. Other consequential damage may occur to the catalytic converter or soot filter due to an incorrect fuel mix. In this category all kinds of injectors/nozzles can be found for petrol, diesel as well as LPG fuel systems.
Injector holders and their casings can be found in this category. It is important that they keep the injection nozzle in place properly and seal it to prevent leaks and thus pressure loss. When replacing, it is recommended to replace any gaskets and/or sealing washers. These can be found in the "gaskets" and “sealing washers” categories.
This concerns a repair/reconditioning set for the evaporator of an LPG installation. This accessory set includes a membrane, gasket, sealing rings and connectors.
Holders for the fuel pump and brackets for mounting can be found in this group of products. Please make sure that sufficient fasteners and, if needed, gaskets are ordered. You can find these in the other "gaskets" and "fasteners” product categories.
Pulse dampers are used to dampen peak pressures in the fuel system. This ensures a constant supply pressure.
These sets contain all the parts to recondition a fuel pump. The repair kit contains a pump element which may be supplemented with extra wiring and plugs. This repair kit is intended to replace the current pump in the existing housing / swing element. When assembling, remember to install a new gasket or sealing washer, if necessary, to prevent leaks.
Repair kits for the carburettor can be found here. These sets include a membrane, nozzle, carburettor foot gasket, sealing rings and a carburettor gasket.
In this category you will find all necessary parts for reconditioning an injection nozzle. The repair kits for an injection nozzle are intended to allow the nozzle to do its work again, leak-free. Parts that are in the repair kits include: sealing rings, protective sleeves and possibly fixing bolts.
Complete fuel pump modules with float can be found here for the fuel tank. Also the individual parts, such as the swirlpot, can be found here. In contrast to the fuel pump repair kit, where only the fuel pump is replaced, here the entire element or the individual swirlpot is replaced. When assembling, remember to install a new gasket or sealing washer, if necessary, to prevent leaks.
The fuel pressure sensor measures the fuel pressure in the fuel supply system and in the injector rail / common rail. This allows control of the delivered pressure before the fuel goes to the injectors/nozzles. In case of deviating pressure, various malfunctions can occur. Therefore, it is important that the pressure sensor does its job properly and reliable values are measured by the engine timing system. When assembling, remember to install a new gasket or sealing washer, if necessary, to prevent leaks.
Modern fuel systems are equipped with a fuel temperature sensor to ensure that the fuel has the right temperature in both hot and cold climates. The systems are also equipped with a heat exchanger to adjust the temperature if desired. The temperature sensor is used as input for this, which naturally must work well for this system. When assembling, remember to install a new gasket or sealing washer, if necessary, to prevent leaks.
The idler, also called idle control valve or stepper motor, provides an optimal mixture when the engine is idling. Over time, these valves show wear and possibly play in the supply so that the supply of air/fuel is no longer optimal. Internal failures can occur fairly regularly in an electronically controlled control valve. As a result, the engine may no longer idle neatly or, for example, may not respond smoothly to the accelerator pedal during load changes.
High pressure fuel pumps (HPFP) have a fuel pressure sensor. This pressure sensor in the pump emits a signal if the fuel pressure is not at the correct level. This fuel pump pressure sensor can be found in this category.
