Permatex

With Permatex (liquid) gaskets you are assured of a good and durable seal. There are also various Permatex cleaning products to guarantee a clean and grease-free mounting surface before mounting.

Plastigauge

Before sealing the engine block, Plastigauge is used to check bearing clearances, including the mounting of connecting rod bearings, crankshaft bearings and camshaft bearings. Plastigauge comes in different colours to measure different bandwidths of clearance. It is important to select the correct colour of Plastigauge for the specifications of your bearing clearance.

Marking paint

Here you will find various colours of marking paint used, for example, to mark bolted connections when you replace them. This allows you to check whether bolts have twisted and/or are loose at a later date.

Flywheel mounting tool

With the mounting tool for flywheels and clutches, you can easily assemble and disassemble flywheels and clutches. This tool is required for certain car brands with Double Clutch Transmission (DCT) gearboxes. You can also use the tool to optimise the adjustment in the event of a complaint from a customer about the gripping point.

Stop-leak

Various stop-leak products for sealing leaks can be found here. This could include an oil leak or coolant leak. In general, this is seen as a temporary solution; for a definitive solution it is advisable to replace the defective part.

Grommet
